DIGITAL PRODUCT & REFUND POLICY

Z Architect primarily sells downloadable digital products.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are normally made available after successful payment through the download page, email or another delivery method identified during checkout.

No physical item will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

REFUNDS

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once the digital product has been successfully delivered or accessed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Please contact us if:

• you were charged more than once for the same order;

• you paid successfully but did not receive access;

• the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement;

• you received the wrong product; or

• you believe another legally valid basis for a refund applies.

We will review legitimate requests individually.

A change of mind after successful delivery or download does not automatically qualify for a refund, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

If your download link does not work, contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement file.

UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact your payment provider and notify us promptly.
